Identity Background

I was formerly known in childhood as Prem Kumar, prior to my matriculation through Andhra University, where I officially adopted and began using my legal name, Madhava Kumar Turumella.

I am now a British citizen, and also hold status as an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). All personal, financial, legal, medical, and administrative affairs relating to me are to be conducted solely under the name Madhava Kumar Turumella.

Declaration of Sole Legal Authority

I affirm that I am the sole lawful authority over all my personal, legal, financial, and property-related affairs, in all jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Republic of India, and worldwide.

Prior Power of Attorney (PoA) Disclosure

In 2019, I knowingly and voluntarily executed a limited Power of Attorney in favour of my late mother Lakshmi Prasanna Savitri, strictly for the management and potential sale of a single immovable property I own outright in India. The sale did not occur, and I continue to retain full ownership and title of that property.

Prior to this 2019 Power of Attorney, I have never, at any time or in any jurisdiction, authorised any individual, institution, or representative to act on my behalf through Power of Attorney, guardianship, agency, or any other delegation of legal authority.

Worldwide Revocation

With this notice, I formally revoke and cancel any Power of Attorney or similar authority purportedly issued in my name. No PoA is currently active. Any document or claim suggesting authority to act on my behalf is invalid unless directly and currently signed by me.

Legal Notice

Any person, institution, registry, bank, court, consulate, or authority relying on a PoA—or acting in my name without my explicit current written consent—is warned that such actions may constitute fraud or identity misuse. I reserve all rights to pursue civil and criminal remedies in the UK, India, and internationally.

Declaration of Marital Status

1. I have been legally married twice, both marriages solemnised and registered in India.
   • My first marriage was dissolved lawfully by mutual consent divorce before a civil court in India.
   • I have been happily married to my wife for the past twenty years, with our marriage lawfully registered in India.
2. I have never entered into any marriage, civil partnership, divorce, or annulment proceedings in the United Kingdom or in any other country outside India.
3. If any record exists suggesting otherwise, such a record would have been created without my knowledge or consent and shall be considered invalid.

Declaration of Court Proceedings

• To the best of my knowledge, I have appeared in court only on two occasions in my lifetime, both of which were civil matters:
  1. At an immigration tribunal in the United Kingdom, solely in connection with a visa application for my minor daughter.
  2. At a brief civil court hearing in Hyderabad, India, in 2004, relating to the lawful dissolution of my first marriage by mutual consent divorce.
• Aside from these two occasions, I have never stepped into any court worldwide, either as a claimant, defendant, petitioner, or respondent.
• I have never authorised any person, solicitor, or agent to represent me in any court proceedings—including Ipswich courts or any other UK court—without my explicit written consent.
• I further affirm that I have never been charged with, accused of, or convicted of any criminal offence in any jurisdiction worldwide. Any claim or record to the contrary would constitute a fraudulent misuse of my identity.

These declarations are published as a matter of record. They are not directed at any individual or agency. If any record, filing, or action exists contrary to these declarations, such record shall be considered fraudulent and without my consent unless verified directly with me.
